In order to guarantee our customers the best possible support, we offer you a free return label for every order.
Just follow the steps below:
1. Log into your account and enter the relevant invoice, order or delivery number.
-or- (if you ordered with a guest account)
Enter the e-mail with which you made the purchase and the relevant invoice, order or delivery number.
2. Fill out the form completely and send it off.
3. Download the return label and return form.
4. Pack the return securely & safe to avoid damage in transit.
5. Make sure the returns form is included with the return.
6. Stick the return label to the outside of the package without any creases. Make sure that previous addresses and barcodes are removed or covered.
7. Hand the package over to the relevant shipping service provider.
